Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga describes a flowing form of yoga geared towards connecting your breathing to the movements of your body.

Therapeutic yoga

Therapeutic yoga specifically targets discomfort in the shoulder, hip, neck and back areas. The special method fosters awareness of day-to-day posture and counteracts poor posture and pain. This type of yoga may benefit beginners and advanced students alike.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is an especially gentle way of finding your way into the world of yoga. Basic exercises and meditation foster the harmony of body and mind.

Somatic diagnosis

After an extensive physical analysis we create an individual workout plan tailored to the state of health and training level of the student in question. The yoga exercises are geared towards strengthening your awareness of your own body and bringing body and mind into harmony. When balanced in this way, we are optimally equipped to deal with everyday stresses.

Myofascial relaxation

Fascia massages are carried out using a tennis ball and blackroll. This helps reduce pain and tension and encourages blood flow and healthful sleep.

Traditional Thai yoga massage

A unique system of self-healing – various pressure points and energy lines in the body are activated during a massage. This has a positive effect on your breathing, lymphatic system and blood flow. The special stomach massage is carried out from the center of the stomach outwards and includes the surrounding reflex zones. It releases physical and mental-emotional blockages through a special pressure technique.

Our everyday life is very demanding, in terms of both private life and work. Digitization means that we are constantly “online” in every way. All of this sometimes makes us forget the natural things, like breathing deeply, listening to one’s body or keeping body and mind connected to each other. Our yoga teachers

Our yoga teachers are experienced and have undergone many years of training. We strive to find the right yoga training for you. In doing so, we combine elements of vinyasa yoga, therapeutic yoga and self-massage using a fascia roller or tennis ball. Therapeutic Thai yoga massage may provide additional relaxation.
